Everyone here is great, caring and helpful and the whole thing is a credit to the NHS. :)
Suggested improvements
Improve the forms. They are crap and respond to the answers in this box. I have written the same thing one very form I have filled in and still you keep asking the same question which is pointless if now is done.

Thank you for your review, we really value them. Currently we have no new assessments and the ones we used are the validated ones. I appreciate they may not suit everyone's needs. We continue to review and look for suitable alternatives.

Ward disorganized and not enough daily activities!! Also, physical health needs met and lack of community activity. Staff were ok though.

More activity, involve patients more, focus on physical health needs and less gossiping.
